Andrea joined ARDEX in 2016, starting in the Sales Office where she developed a strong understanding of both ARDEX Group products and customers.
In 2019, she moved into the ARDEX Customer Service team, becoming more involved in technical support, customer enquiries, and her role as ARDEXacademy Administrator.
Since 2021, Andrea has been based at the main reception area of ARDEX UK, where she is often the first person to welcome visitors and training attendees to the ARDEXacademy, helping to ensure a positive experience from arrival.
