Before joining ARDEXacademy (North) in May 2025, Todd spent 19 years with Topps Tiles, building extensive experience across sales, store management and retail operations.
His career in the tiling industry began at Tile Clearing House in Fenton, the sister company of Topps Tiles, where he worked as a Sales Advisor. He later moved to a Topps Tiles branch in Newcastle before returning to Fenton, following its conversion into a Topps Tiles store, where he was promoted to Assistant Manager.
Todd then became Store Manager of the first-ever Topps Tiles clearance store in Tunstall. During his tenure, the store broke multiple sales records, leading to his involvement in the rollout of a further 13 clearance stores across the UK in 2021, contributing to the highest store turnover figures on record.
Drawing on nearly two decades of industry experience, Todd now supports the delivery of practical, hands-on training at the ARDEXacademy, ensuring every attendee has a first-class experience at the state-of-the-art training facility in Stoke.
