James has more than 30 years in the industry having first worked as an apprentice tile fixer for his father.
A proud Glaswegian, James ran his own wall and floor tiling business for more than 14 years before joining BAL as a Product Support Technician in 2008.
In 2021, James moved over to a role supporting all brands within the ARDEX Group UK stable, including flooring and tiling products.
